The hydrostatic testing is the main test segment for the welded tube. With different structural styles, the technological process is almost same: feeding, clamping, water filling, pressure increasing, pressure maintaining, pressure relief, making up a circulate, the machine is controlled bny PLC system, which finish every process and write down the test result automatically.
Specification:
Multi-tubes are tested simultaneously, it is available for 2-6 pieces of tube being tested each time. The efficiency can be improved more than three times;
Apex seal, the length tolerance is allowed;
Chain type or step beam feeding with synchronous feeding and discharging. The hydraulic test head moves forward and backmard quickly, sealing or releasing the tube.
Controlled by PLC;
Write down and print the test result automatically;
The testing pressure can be up to 37Mpa.
